1964 Ford Fairlane Not Your Grandfather’s Thunderbolt
“I think I may have overdone this.”– Colin Sebern

Tribute to a Champion

This 1964 Fairlane was built to look like the Ford Thunderbolt, a limited production, factory lightweight drag racing vehicle. Approximately 100 vehicles were produced. The Thunderbolt dominated the drag strip and secured the 1964 NHRA Super Stock Championship. But make no mistake, Thunderbolts never went this fast.
