CorteX 2005-2022 EPAS Steering Rack CAN Simulator, Mustang, Raptor, F150

Vehicles: 2005-2014 S197 Ford Mustang, 2015-2020 S550 Ford Mustang, F150 and Raptor

Electronic module that allows the S197, S550, F150, and Raptor electric steering rack (EPAS) to turn on and operate standalone. The module simulates and broadcasts the CAN signals needed by the steering rack to turn on and provide power steering. Without the correct signals, the EPAS system will be dead and not function at all.

Intended use of our EPAS simulator is for 05-10 S197 cars that would like to use the EPAS from the later cars or 11-14 and 15-22 S550 Mustangs that have stand-alone racing engine management and have eliminated the Ford OEM CAN network. Raptors and F150s that are using stand-alone engine management can also use the EPAS simulator.  We highly recommend using the Ford Performance EPAS rack and pinion for any S197 application because it is tuned to work with aftermarket suspension bushings and alignment.
